The individual in this position will assist in entry and maintenance of customer data into CBORD's core business systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: setting up new clients in database(s) as new sales occur; maintaining accuracy and integrity of database information, including client names, addresses and phone numbers, products, product releases, and other data as required; and assisting in maintenance of Policies and Procedures Manuals. Other duties include data input from internal resources, including staff, returned mail, product lists from other departments; and researching client records, invoices, and other resources as necessary.

Over the phone they will advise and train customers on how to properly complete pre-installation questionnaires. Excel will then be used to manipulate the customer data and program Micros databases.
