Data Management
Database Coordinator
The individual in this position will assist in entry and maintenance of customer data into CBORD's core business systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: setting up new clients in database(s) as new sales occur; maintaining accuracy and integrity of database information, including client names, addresses and phone numbers, products, product releases, and other data as required; and assisting in maintenance of Policies and Procedures Manuals. Other duties include data input from internal resources, including staff, returned mail, product lists from other departments; and researching client records, invoices, and other resources as necessary.
Qualifications: High school diploma plus three years applicable administrative experience or Associate's degree plus two years applicable administrative experience. Experience must include working with relational databases and maintenance, along with creating complex queries and reports using database reporting tools. Individual must be able to efficiently manage and complete multiple projects, often moving from one project to another with ease. Database report writing experiece, such as Crystal, Access, or Microsoft SQL Reporting Services is preferred. The position requires an advanced level of experience using Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to follow standard procedures on a routine basis and enter data accurately and consistently.

Client Relations
Senior Manager, Partnership Relations - Student Advantage - Boston
We are looking for a professional who can maintain our valuable relationships with national partners in all of our discount categories. In addition to providing guidance and marketing support for our clients, we will look to this individual to "up sell" marketing programs. Duties will include, but are not limited to: managing the relationships of the top key partners; working closely and harmoniously with the marketing and business development teams; providing partners with support and guidance on how marketing programs can meet their needs; providing guidance and support to the marketing department to deliver concepts on the behalf of the client; ensuring revenue goals for partner commissions and media sales are met on a quarterly and annual basis; ensuring partner retention; and negotiating renewal contracts. This position is located in our Boston office.
Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, Client Services, or a related field. Three to five years of professional experience in a similar capacity. Proven ability to deepen account relationships, identify issues and execute solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a requirement, along with good organizational and project management skills. Proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat required, and experience with Salesforce (or other lead management tools) is a plus. Some level of experience with finance and contract negotiations is also necessary to be successful in this position.

Product Support/Testing
Implementation Services Technician
This person will primarily program Point-of-Sale databases for new system implementations and add-ons, as well as assist with order processing and various other administrative functions for a busy implementation department. Over the phone they will advise and train customers on how to properly complete pre-installation questionnaires. Excel will then be used to manipulate the customer data and program Micros databases. Responsibilities will also include remote training sessions with customers to review their database and make corrections in the software prior to its installation.
Qualifications: High School diploma plus a minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and one year experience with point-of-sale database configuration. Foodservice and/or cashier experience a plus. Experience with training desirable, but not required. Software skills should include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, along with excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication abilities are required.

Technical Writer
Write and edit software and hardware documentation, specifications, release notes, user manuals, online help systems, and reference manuals according to established standards. Candidate will work with product management, marketing, development, service and quality assurance teams to produce high-quality end-user and technical documentation. Candidate must be able to explain complex material with simple language and meaningful diagrams. This position is located in Ithaca, New York. Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years related experience writing hardware and software end user documentation and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, DOC-to-Help, and Adobe Photoshop preferred. Sample documentation work is required.

Software Training
Systems Engineer - Odyssey Products - 2 Openings
This individual will perform all aspects of remote and on-site installation and training for new and add-on Odyssey and Micros systems. Duties will include setting up servers, installing, configuring and testing CBORD software, interfaces and hardware, and also training customers on how to utilize and maintain our systems. Implementations generally require week-long, Monday through Friday travel throughout the United States with occasional international travel.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must have experience with training or teaching, installing computer software on Windows-based systems, and basic network troubleshooting skills. Background in providing software support, implementation, or account management are a plus. Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and be customer service oriented.

Account Manager - Student Advantage - Boston
We are looking for a savvy marketing professional with Internet experience. This person will primarily focus on developing relationships with Student Advantage and Parent Savings national partners. This talented individual will work with our Partnership Development team to grow our existing national partner accounts and to develop marketing campaigns that help our partners meet their overall business objectives.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain day-to-day services with over 40 discount providers; present annual partnership results and new marketing opportunities; develop, implement and report on marketing initiatives; create and distribute sales materials to recruit new business and up sell existing partners; regularly update reports; and circulate marketing materials for partner approval of language and logo placement.

Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing/Client Services or a related field, along with one to two years of professional experience in a similar capacity. Exceptional recent college graduates may be considered.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat required, and familiarity with HTML a plus. Strong time-management, organizational, and communicationi skills a must.

This individual will answer inbound helpdesk calls from UGryd's university customers and will represent UGryd within the higher education market by managing the support relationship with customers, being the customers first "go-to" contact for help. Other essential duties will include: Assisting universities with day-to-day program maintenance that will include account reconciliation, dispute/discrepancy resolution an any required follow-up; guiding schools through processes and offering recommendations when applicable; working closely with the merchant sales team when questions regarding merchant recruitment or specific merchant issues arise; and ensuring that customer inquires are answered and potential issues are researched, reported and resolved.
Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma with 2+ years experience in customer service. Call center and relationship management experience a plus. This position requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, project management, time management, and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat a plus.
